Retreat at Hart Ranch

Early this mornings. Our water heater had a ruptured line. Water everywhere. I called it in spoke with Gabby front desk and she mention she saw my email. She had already given the order to maintenance . I hanged up my call with her and a few minutes later a knock. That fast! Robert right away. Brought everything he needed and. Have to say he did this job fast. Repairing and cleaning very fast and professionally done. Good job Robert. This is how things get fixed fast here. From manager Sandra to personal and maintenance. This community has good leadership running these apartments. I don’t really have had any issue’s since I signed our lease. They fix repairs fast. Well done. Retreat at Hart Ranch.

I’ve been living in this apartment complex for over 6 year now, and I have to say that I’m very impressed with the management and staff. They’re always friendly and helpful, and they respond quickly to any issues or concerns that I have especially I want to thank Robert for his work . The location is great too - it’s close to shopping, restaurants, and public transportation. The amenities are also top-notch - Overall, I would highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a great place to live!”

We have been living here since November this year and so far, we love it here! Luis helped us out a lot with the process and was very friendly. For the price we are paying, our apartment is really nice. We have a 1 bedroom Apt of 670 sq. feet. We don’t have anything super fancy (like stainless steel or so which they do offer but is probably a little higher rent), but it’s all well taken care of and again, for the price we pay, it’s great! There is a lot storage too in the kitchen, restroom, and walk-in closet. They even had a day of appreciation for the tenants/renters and surprised us with tacos that morning! I’ve never lived at other apartments before but I’ve never heard of apartments doing that before so I thought that was awesome! Besides the amazing staff and apartment, the location is great! You are down the road from Walmart, H‑E‑B, Sam’s Club and so close to the Rim, La Cantera, UTSA, & so much more! The trees around the apartments are beautiful too. The gate doesn’t work, but they have told us they are working on getting it fixed and even then, it still feels pretty safe since the parking lots are well lit. Our cats also love it here! They are pet friendly and I always see a lot of neighbors walking their dogs and there is also a little walking trail around the back that you can take advantage of when you want to go outside. I’m excited to be living here and hopefully it continues this way. (If not, I’ll keep you posted 😉)

Stayed here for a little over a year and I enjoyed it a lot. At the time Luis helped me apply and he was super helpful and made the process easy. The staff was nice and helpful and respectful. Maintenance guys were good, they would help if something was wrong and fix the issue quickly. I definitely wish I could go back to this place.

Here at Retreat at Hart Ranch is a wonderful place to live at by far. Everyone in the office is very wonderful and kind and will make sure to meet all your needs. Gabby is a kind person who helped me move in easily. Shay and Sandra are both very professional and super sweet women. I’ve had the chance to meet maintenance and Mr. Robert he is a great man. He does everything professionally and I am grateful he does everything as fast as he can.Thank you guys for making my experience here Wonderful. I look forward to continuing my stay here. Anyone looking for an apartment; here is the best hot spot to live at. Can’t beat the prices and location!

For my first apartment, I’m so glad I chose this complex. The leasing staff is very helpful, generous, and prompt when contacted. The maintenance crew is knowledgeable and courteous with quick response times to maintenance orders. They are personable and always kind when acknowledging residents in passing. The complex also hosts small events like movie nights, catering food trucks, and pool parties to bring the community together. I’m very grateful for my time here and all the people that helped make it so enjoyable.
